Best Western Plus Parkhotel & Spa Cottbus

Very clean and almost brand new. Everything is in pristine condition! Rooms also had a decent size refrigerator which was appreciated for cooling some water bottles.

The hotel is quite new. All materials and finishing is new, modern and arranged in good taste. Specious rooms! Comfortable beds, enough various pillows, all necessary room facilities, very well insulated, great breakfast- all you need, including fresh made warm stuff. It has been one of the best stay I have ever had.

The hotel is situated in a very cute and quiet neighborhood. The room was very pretty and clean. It’s a shame we didn’t get to use the terrace as we were only there for one night and were having problems receiving the results from our PCR tests from our home country. We also would have liked to use the pool, but again, stress with the PCR tests. The staff was very nice and quickly provided us with more soap when we ran out. They also helped us make an appointment at the local testing center to get a rapid antigen test done. They ensured that we had a mini fridge in the room before arrival as we were traveling with a cooler.

Very modern rooms, tea and coffee in the room. Great to relax after long trip.
